From the last episode, got to know about the incidents that took place while Felicity's mother was in the city. Because of a hacking software developed by Felicity, during her school days, the whole starling city had to face for a huge problem. However, Arrow saves the city from that problem. But at the end of the episode, we saw a scene that no one expected. Did Roy kill Sara?
Could this really happen? Did Roy kill Sara? or is it just another dream? You can get the answer from this episode. Meanwhile, a new killer comes to the Starling city. But he is not someone to be found. When Arrow and the team went to catch several drug traffickers, they were unexpectedly killed and hanged. But they couldn't whose action it was. Moreover, once again a person was killed and hanged as had happened before. Similarly, another person was killed and hanged. Likewise, constantly people were killed and hanged, But in every case, the killer left a clue about the next murder. But, it's not clear what this action is. Therefore, this episode should be watched to unravel the mess.
