Felicity Smoak is a frisky , playful character who exists from the beginning of the Arrow Tv Series . As Felicity was with Oliver or else with who named as Arrow, from the beginning of this series, we never got a chance to know about her personal life. What did she do, also who are her family members, like such facts haven't known by us previously. So that, did you ever think that you will be able to know about who is Felicity's mother?
